Official Mind Profile provides online cognitive and psychological self-assessment tools including but not limited to IQ tests, personality assessments, ADHD screening and emotional intelligence tests. All assessments are for informational and self-discovery purposes only. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis, medical advice or a substitute for professional psychological evaluation.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using our Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Some features of our Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Current pricing for UK customers is £2.99 for the 7-day trial, then £29.99 every 4 weeks. Pricing for other regions is shown at checkout and may vary.
Your subscription renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel. You will receive your results and full platform access for the duration of your active subscription. We will charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge the amounts described above on the applicable dates.

If you cancel during the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged the recurring subscription fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a paid billing period, except where required by law or under our Refund Policy.

Our assessments are adapted from established, peer-reviewed psychological screening instruments that are widely used in clinical, academic and self-report contexts. We do not claim clinical diagnostic capability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any assessment results.
Our assessments are not clinical tools and must not be used as a basis for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or psychological concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Official Mind Profile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
